Introduction to Trauma-Informed Supervision

Please join U-M Library for an introduction to Trauma-Informed Supervision. In this one hour session, Graduate Student Experience Librarian and clinical licensed therapist, Marna Clowney-Robinson, will equip supervisors with knowledge about what trauma is, how to identify signs of trauma in employees, and how it can impact individuals’ behavior, job performance, and emotional well-being. Attendees will come away with a better understanding of self-care for themselves and people they supervise. Time will be allotted at the end of the session for Q&A. This session will be recorded and shared with attendees. 

  • This session is geared toward people with supervision responsibilities, but is open to all interested attendees. 
  • Some light pre-work and Zoom information will be shared with attendees before this session.
