The Library Human Resources team will host an information session over Zoom on Wednesday, March 11, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The HR team will periodically offer information sessions on topics that have frequently come up in the HR team’s recent activities.
Topics for this session will include:
- Compensation resources
- Less common benefits resources including legal services, M-Card discounts, enrollment tips for 2-employee couples, and where to ask difficult benefits questions
- When to use University Resources like the Disability Equity Office in ECRT, Ergonomics, FASCCO, and Work Connections
- How HR supports both the organization and individual employees
Following the presentation there will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. We plan to record the presentation part of the session but not the question portion.
