This workshop will provide an introduction to conflict resolution skills relevant to working with peers, supporting students, and responding to service requests. We will do an overview of intercultural conflict styles, how to use restorative justice questions, and more. This will be an interactive workshop with opportunities to practice your conflict resolution skills.
Presenter bio: Grace Su Ming Sekulidis (she/her) is a daughter, partner, older sister, friend, social worker, Michigan State (Go Green!) and U of M alum. Grace works full-time as the Assistant Director for Adaptable Conflict Resolution and Conflict Education in the Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR) within Student Life.
