Please join us for a relaxing hour and half of weaving on cardboard looms. This is a simple craft with no barrier to entry; if you created potholders on a plastic weaving loom as a kid, you’re already a pro.
We will have looms of different sizes, so depending on how much time you have, you can take on a smaller or larger project–and you are also welcome to take your loom and some yarn home with you.
Please fill out the Accommodation Request form if you need accommodations for this event.
Light refreshments will be provided.
This event is offered in partnership with the UM Library Art Alliance thanks to a Research and Creative Projects Committee (RCPC) grant.
