Discussion on Navigating and Managing Change

Tuesday, 2/24, 4:00 pm-5:00 pm

The Management Development Committee, in partnership with the People Leaders Employee Resource Group, will host a live discussion on navigating and managing change. Attendees of the discussion will have a space to surface questions or challenges about supporting teams in navigating changes as well as good practices to help other colleagues. We recognize that traditional training sessions may not offer opportunities for conversation, and we hope discussions like this will provide such an opportunity.

While the session will not be recorded, we will capture anonymized notes about practices and resources for our supervisor community to use.
