The Library Management Development Committee would like to invite you to strengthen your change management knowledge and skills—and bring practical tools back to help your staff navigate upcoming changes. In this interactive session, you’ll discover how trust, relationships, and small actions can create real change, regardless of your role. With tools like the Circle of Influence and Small Wins Theory, you’ll find where you can make a difference. Then, you’ll leave with a clear plan to help you and your staff get started.
