Interrupting Bias in Candidate Feedback Processes

Tuesday, 5/19, 3:30 pm-4:30 pm

This training session is specifically designed for library colleagues who will provide feedback after attending a candidate presentation or who will participate as stakeholders in an interview session. The session aims to reduce the potential impact of bias in candidate feedback and help ensure fair and equitable search outcomes. The training is strongly encouraged for all library colleagues in these roles, and is required for anyone who will be part of a library interview group within one year of participating in candidate interviews.

The URL for this session will be included in the confirmation message you receive 5-10 minutes after you register, as well as in an automatic reminder message sent two days prior to the session.
