The objective of this training session is to lessen the likelihood that bias in candidate feedback will have a negative impact on search results.
Required of anyone who will be a part of an interview group for the library within one year of participating in candidate interviews. The training is encouraged for all library colleagues, especially those who may, at any point, provide feedback on a candidate presentation or facilitation.
The URL for this session will be included in the confirmation message you receive 5-10 minutes after you register, as well as in an automatic reminder message sent two days prior to the session.
