Once again, the Management Development Committee invites hiring managers, search committees members, and all supervisors to register for the Talent Acquisition Bootcamp #2, presented by the University Human Resources (UHR) Talent Acquisition team.

If you weren’t able to attend Part 1, that’s completely fine—you’ll be able to engage with this session’s topics without any issues.

In our previous session, we introduced key concepts and best practices for inclusive and effective hiring. Today, we’ll take a closer look at the recruitment process—from developing effective search strategies, to understanding what candidates are looking for, to learning practical information for finding and attracting the right talent. We’ll explore actionable techniques and discuss challenges you may encounter as you work to identify the best candidates for your team or department.
