In a 90 minute discussion-based synchronous training session, library employees with onsite roles will learn the Tiered Response Model approach to assessing and responding to incidents within the library.
By the end of this training session, attendees will:

Gain familiarity with the Library Tiered Response Model.

Apply the Tiered Response Model to incident scenarios.

Understand the basics of their role in life safety for self, colleagues, and building occupants.
