A Gentle Introduction to ArcGIS StoryMaps

Do you have a story to tell? Looking for innovative ways to communicate research? Interested in exploring multimedia assignments? ArcGIS StoryMaps provide a powerful, engaging, and inspiring alternative for educational activities, instructional delivery, dissemination of research, public outreach, and more! In this hands-on workshop, learn to use StoryMaps’ intuitive interface to combine interactive maps, text, images, and multimedia content into a web-based, visually compelling, responsive narrative. We’ll address accessibility, preservation, and portability of your StoryMaps, highlighting both strengths and limitations of the platform.
