Embodied Learning

Friday, 8/12, 11:00 am-12:00 pm

Embodied learning is a branch of active learning where the body is involved in the learning process. Many of the more complex and high-impact active learning strategies involve bodily engagement. Role plays, simulations, theatre, and supervised internships are all examples. This in-person session will introduce you to the principles of embodied learning and demonstrate how they are applied.
