Embodied Learning Workshop

Friday, 12/2, 2:30 pm-4:00 pm

Embodied learning is a branch of active learning where the body is involved in the learning process. Many of the more complex and high-impact active learning strategies involve bodily engagement. Role plays, simulations, theatre, and supervised internships are all examples. Proponents of embodied learning aim to tackle existing divisions between the brain and body in today’s classrooms.
