This workshop will help graduate students to be proactive in using tools to identify funding to support their international research.
Paul Barrow, Foundations & Grants Librarian, will provide a brief survey of funding databases such as Foundation Directory Online and Pivot and a focused dive into the Pivot database.
Participants will develop efficient search strategies and leverage the funding alerts from Pivot to stay informed of funding opportunities to further international research as well as advancing your career.
Resources at the University of Michigan that support grant seeking efforts will also be covered.
