Wednesday, 12/4, 12:00 pm-1:00 pm

Join us for an immersive session on “Compassion” , the 3rd of the Five C’s of well-Being: Contentment, Calmness, Compassion, Courage, and Clarity. These are states of Being and form the foundation of psychological balance, emotional wellness, and mental clarity, leading to a life filled with happiness, fulfillment, and purpose. 3rd cornerstone of wellness: Compassion

Compassion is a feeling of genuine concern for others and a desire to spontaneously help others to alleviate their suffering .Compassion results from a feeling of oneness that opens the heart and creates tenderness and kindness for all fellow beings.
In day to day life, Compassion is expressed as listening without judgement, helping with small acts of kindness, joyful sharing, spontaneous collaboration, supporting a friend or family member, practicing patience and volunteering . Compassion also includes being kind to oneself and forgiving and letting go.

In this session, you’ll learn practical strategies to cultivate Compassion in the midst of fierce competition and vitriolic rhetoric. Compassion creates an environment of trust and respect and fosters inclusivity and growth. Don’t miss this opportunity to explore this foundational cornerstone of well-being though in depth discussions and insights from meditation.

The session is Remote over Zoom and upon registration you will have the Zoom MeetingId and Passcode
