This workshop will focus on exploring how understanding brain function can enhance learning and teaching methods. Participants will delve into the neuroscience behind how the brain processes, retains, and recalls information, applying these insights to create more effective study techniques and classroom strategies. The workshop will cover topics such as memory consolidation, the role of emotions in learning, and optimizing focus and retention through brain-friendly practices. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to promote deeper, more efficient learning for themselves or their students
