Within a study group, many individuals with different communication styles will often have to work together. Some may be more assertive, and others more passive, and it’s important that every person has a platform to share their opinions and methods of problem-solving and feels comfortable speaking. As a facilitator, it’s difficult but important to be able to navigate different communication styles in order to create cohesive groups and encourage participation in your study group. This workshop will explore communication styles and how to create a productive learning environment with different types of communicators.
