This topic workshop will explore strategies for creating a comfortable, friendly, and interactive Study Group environment that encourages students to participate and collaborate. Facilitators will learn how to build connections and rapport with students while maintaining appropriate facilitator boundaries and a productive learning environment. The workshop will focus on practical strategies for making sessions both fun and academically engaging, fostering a sense of community where students feel comfortable asking questions, contributing ideas, and supporting one another.
