Maintaining a balance between being a peer and a study group facilitator is an important yet challenging skill. In this workshop, we will explore effective strategies for deciding when to engage with group members as a peer and when to adopt a more professional stance. We’ll also examine the benefits and drawbacks of each approach to help you navigate your position more effectively.
