This session will give participants a hands-on opportunity to practice some basic GIS processes that are often used in the social sciences, using ArcGIS Online. This includes selecting data by location and/or attribute, changing the symbology, labelling, data classification and displaying a CSV file as points. Some GIS experience is helpful but not needed. Beginners welcome! Datasets for the hands-on demo will be provided.
You will receive a confirmation message 5-10 minutes after you register, as well as an automatic reminder message sent two days prior to the session.
