How does copyright work? What copyrights do you have as a creator? Can I legally use works created by others – how and under what conditions? In this 50-minute workshop offered by the U-M Library Copyright Office we will cover essential copyright concepts from the public domain to fair use, especially as they apply in the university setting.
There will be plenty of time for discussion and questions. Learn about resources from the Library Copyright Office and how our experts can help. All are welcome.
The URL for this session will be included in the confirmation message you receive 5-10 minutes after you register, as well as in an automatic reminder message sent two days prior to the session.
