Tuesday, 8/19, 11:00 am-11:30 am

This session will outline the basics of GenAI: What it is, how it works, and recommendations for responsible use. With the strengths and limitations of the technology at the forefront, instructors will begin crafting an AI policy for their course. Whether a course encourages students to use GenAI tools or prohibits its use, this session will help instructors clearly articulate to students how the course AI policy supports student learning.
