New Federal Public Access Policy Requirements for Published Research

Each U.S. federal funding agency has its own policies and processes for making federally funded research publicly accessible making for a confusing landscape for researchers and administrative staff. This workshop will provide grantees and administrative staff with:

  • A clear understanding of the New Public Access Policy for different federally funding agencies for major funders of Engineering  Research

  • An explanation of the policies, who and what it applies to, and where to deposit research products

  • And walk through the steps necessary to achieve compliance
