Qualitative Data Visualization

Over the course of the workshop you will:
(1) Learn best practices for designing data visualizations, including how to make visualizations compelling, meaningful and understandable
(2) Appreciate the differences between visualizing quantitative and qualitative data as well as learn methods for using quantitative visualization techniques for qualitative data
(3) Consider the role that bias plays in our data and how that can translate into visualization
