This workshop introduces you to MiMaizey, the University of Michigan’s personalized AI assistant, and the new Go Blue App. Discover how MiMaizey and Go Blue can enhance your campus experience with features like class information, dining menus, student organization finder, campus navigation, and more. Learn about the newest Go Blue App, which includes voice-based search, image analysis, and location access. This session will empower you to make the most of these innovative tools to simplify and enrich your daily life at U-M.

  • Exploring MiMaizey
    • Core Features: Class Information, Dining Menus, Student Club/Organization Finder, GenAI Help, Campus Information, Student Support 
    • Live Demo: Using MiMaizey for a variety of inquiries
    • Leveraging MiMaizey with your Academic Canvas Maizey projects
  • Unveiling the new Go Blue App 
    • Mobile integration of MiMaizey features 
    • Additional app functionalities: voice-based search, image analysis and location access

      • Effectively prompting Go Blue

This workshop is part of the new ITS Generative AI Mini-Workshop Series designed to offer a rich, engaging experience in just 45 minutes per session. With an expanded range of topics, these ten workshops are tailored to meet the varied interests and needs of instructors, staff, and students.

Each workshop topic will be offered twice a week over ten weeks, allowing participants the flexibility to complete the entire series with their choice of one 45-minute workshop per week.
